3. Article Processing Charges (APC)

Submission is free. An Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 20 is applicable only upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.
